UMI Publications ACC Basketball Handbook would like to announce its preseason National Top-25 and All-Conference ACC selections for the upcoming 2005-06 season. In our top 25 section this year, former Duke player and ESPN analyst Jay Bilas writes a detailed analysis on what to expect from the nation’s top teams. The Handbook’s Preseason All-ACC teams and projected standings are complied using ballots from participating writers and magazine correspondents.
