For over 15 years Counter Solutions has been developing innovative solutions to industry issues. During the mid 90´s a new suite of back office stock management and electronic point of sale (EPoS) software applications opened up new markets within the Education and Leisure sector, where multiple sites required central control with multiple users requiring access to both sales and stock data. New technologies also allowed improved support levels with the capability of remote diagnostics.

Investments made in 1997 resulted in a new approach to cashless systems which soon caught the imagination of both hospitality operators and their financial controllers. This is proven by the 162 clients and more than 1000 sites now benefiting from Counter Solutions systems.

Kinetic Solutions started developing conference and residential software for the Educational and Hospitality sector in 1998 and has seen rapid growth with Kx software installed in over 155 sites, managing over 9,000 meeting rooms and 180,000 beds. Kinetic Solutions has a 100% record of achieving projected timescales and facilitates to enable customers to achieve real business objectives.
