Last year, SACA Technologies realized a 21.7% increase in revenue during the first quarter. This year, revenues have increased by over 28% in January and February alone, and they expect to see an even larger increase by the end of March thanks to their promotion offering to provide new business clients with new computer hardware (including servers and workstations) for free, when they sign up on a maintenance agreement. But while that may be an intriguing selling point, a great promotion does not automatically mean clients will sign up; the reputation of a company is even more important.

"In 2012, 32% of our new client business was realized from existing client referrals," Saca said. "Current clients are recommending us to their fellow business owners because they have seen the benefit of having us as their IT Allies. The promotion is just an added bonus."

Of course, whenever there is an increase in sales and more clients, there is a need to increase the number of employees who can serve those clients. In the first two months of 2013, staff size at SACA Technologies increased by 11%, most of which were added to the technical services department in order to continue to provide quality IT services to their current and future clients.
