Frederique, Thomas and Gaetan, three New Yorkers, decided after a wonderful gourmet dinner, and a couple of delightful crepes to offer online some of the best sweets from the greatest artisans and "confiseurs' of France.
Frederique, a French tabletop designer and stylist and her husband, Thomas, an American in love with Paris, working in the French fashion industry, wanted with the help of their dear friend Gaetan, a French Culinary journalist, to share the intense flavors, subtle textures and visual elegance of French confections.
Trois Crepes Patisserie was born…
