Russell Bedford International appoints CPA firm as correspondent in Iceland

Worldwide accounting group Russell Bedford International has appointed the independent Icelandic CPA firm Endurskoðun og ráðgjöf ehf (Auditing & Consulting Ltd) as a correspondent. This private limited company - owner of the website "CPA.is" - was established in 2000 by the sole proprietor, Eymundur Sveinn Einarsson.

Eymundur Sveinn Einarsson graduated in Economics from the University of Iceland in 1992. He then gained professional experience at a local accounting firm before passing his accounting exams in 1998 and obtaining his licence as a State Authorised Public Accountant (CPA) in February 1999. He set up his own practice the following year.

The firm's client base comprises mainly small and medium sized enterprises, the largest of which are in the aviation sector.

The offices are located in Garðabær, some 8km from the capital, Reykjavik.

All the firm’s personnel speak English as well as Icelandic.
