As the site's Tour demonstrates, league managers enter coach and referee information, team information, and field locations. The application schedules the games and referees. The tool is flexible enough to an administrator to customize the schedules to fit their league's individual needs.
Referees sign up for or games on the Internet. Administrators approve or deny game requests and assign games. The game schedules and referee schedule become available to league administrators, coaches, referees, and players to use.
Two soccer leagues were targeted to test the transition from an dedicated web site to one available to the public. Over the course of the season, many new features were suggested and added.
"Again, another great season for Region 31 using the Osage Referee Scheduler. The use of your program has reduced the work of our Referee Administrator and division commissioners by 80%. It's been great!"
Diamond Bar AYSO, Region 31
"The compliments on the use of the site have been great. Everybody really likes being able to select their games from home, work, or wherever they are at. It really has made our jobs a lot easier as well."
