Wells Fargo signed a 5-year lease for an ATM at Hollywest Promenade located at the northeast corner of Hollywood and Western in Los Angeles. Wells Fargo, which was represented by McGann Edwards Commercial of Los Angeles, is expected to be open in early January 2006. Wilson Commercial Real Estate of Los Angeles is the exclusive landlord representative for Hollywest Promenade and represented the landlord, Shooshani Developers of Los Angeles, in the lease transaction.


Valencia

Martial Arts Studio signed a 5-year lease for 2,550 square feet for a total consideration of approximately $591,795 at Gateway Plaza in Valencia. The tenant, which represented itself, is anticipated to open in early January 2006 at 28305-28307 Rye Canyon, Suite #3D-E. Wilson Commercial Real Estate of Los Angeles, along with Kirnan Commercial of Woodland Hills, are the exclusive landlord representatives for Gateway Plaza, and represented the landlord, RKR, Inc. of Encino, in the lease transaction.

Bistro Americana restaurant signed a 10-year lease for 3,819 square feet for a total consideration of approximately $1,636,478 at Westlake Landing in Westlake Village. The tenant, which represented itself, is anticipated to open in early March 2006 at 32131 Lindero Canyon. Wilson Commercial Real Estate of Los Angeles, along with Kirnan Commercial of Woodland Hills, are the exclusive landlord representatives for Westlake Landing, and represented the landlord, Dolphin Partners of Irvine, in the lease transaction.

Advance America signed a 5-year lease for 1,360 square feet for a total consideration of approximately $216,700 at the Fullerton Crossroads in Fullerton. The tenant, which was represented by Commercial Retail Associates of Fresno, is anticipated to open in early February 2006 at 3326 Yorba Linda Boulevard. Fresh Cleaners & Extreme Nextel signed leases at Visalia Marketplace in Visalia. Fresh Cleaners signed a 10-year lease for 2,200 square feet for a total consideration of approximately $542,879. The tenant, which was represented by Commercial Retail Associates of Fresno, is anticipated to open in early February 2006 at 3533 W. Noble Avenue. Extreme Nextel signed a 5-year lease for 1,149 square feet for a total consideration of approximately $141,158. The tenant, which represented itself, is anticipated to open in mid January 2006 at 3539 W. Noble Avenue. Carvel Ice Cream signed a 5-year lease for 1,350 square feet for a total consideration of approximately $252,113 at Sycamore Village in Simi Valley. The tenant, which was represented by Main & Main of Santa Monica, is anticipated to open in early August 2006 at 3070 Cochran Street.
