Denver, CO – June 4, 2013 – MAD Greens, known for its garden-fresh ingredients, just announced another refreshing item – its new website. .The Denver-based salad restaurant concept specializing in gourmet salads, wraps, soups and panini sandwiches with "mad" names, launched a new MADGreens.com, with a crisp new look and better functionality.

The site remains the online hub for MAD Greens' 11 Front Range locations, with an updated homepage, blog and more prominent access to the "MAD MOB" email list, social feeds and more. Most importantly, the interactive food menus and nutritional calculator are even easier to use – answering questions about calorie count, sodium, fat grams and more with just a few simple clicks. MADGreens.com also features an allergen menu, so those with dietary restrictions can easily find a great meal.

"The new site is a better reflection of who we are and what we offer our guests," said MAD Greens co-founder and trained chef Dan Long. "We wanted to bring the communication of our seasonal menu items, local sourcing and community involvement to the forefront of our site while still keeping the 'MADness' alive."

Director of Marketing Lucas Clarke added, "Eating healthy and local isn't just a publicity stunt for us, it's something we live every day. We're so proud to partner with local food purveyors like Longmont's Haystack Mountain Goat Cheese and Olomomo Nut Company out of Boulder, and that's just the beginning," he added.

The new website also comes with a focused social media strategy that incorporates fresh findings from around the web, including healthy eating news and delicious recipes. It also means customer interactions – both positive and negative – are addressed immediately on Facebook and Twitter.

"If someone has to wait too long for their order, or one of our stores is out of an ingredient in the middle of a busy day, customers can let us know on Twitter, and we'll resolve the issue right away," Long promised. "To us, social media is a two-way conversation with our guests to let them know about a great new salad recipe, but also to let us know immediately what we're doing right and what we need to fix."

Keep a close eye on the Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest feeds and join the email list to learn about special new menu items, contests and in-store coupons.
