CustomerGauge launches US expansion
June 20, 2013 (PRLEAP.COM) Technology NewsJune 20, Chicago: CustomerGauge, an Amsterdam SaaS business that operates a powerful Net Promoter®-based feedback and analysis solution, has announced the launch of its first US office with the appointment of Mark Dunlap as Director of Sales, North America. The office is open from today.
The reason for the expansion is for CustomerGauge to better serve its growing base of existing clients in the US, which include SingleHop, Basic American Foods, LegalShield, American Lawyer, Verafin, and Sennheiser. The company's new Chicago base will serve as a springboard for growth across North American markets.
Mark Dunlap joins CustomerGauge from Online Resources Corp., an ecommerce payment services business, and before that, as co-founder and Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Apelles, a leading provider of call center services supporting fortune 500 companies. He brings 18 years of executive-level sales and marketing experience to help the company grow in North American markets.
