Stop the Mosquitoes from Striking on Your Fourth of July Celebration

Grand Rapids, MI - As the warm weather sets in and BBQ season swings into full effect, 176 species of mosquitoes make their way back into yards. Tuff Turf Molebusters (TTM) has the solution to stopping these uninvited guests from chasing the fun away.

TTM's mosquito control experts use a natural mosquito control chemical found in chrysanthemum blooms that is non-toxic to people, pets and plants. The spray kills up to 90% of mosquitoes in the treated areas and keeps killing them after the treatment.

Mosquitoes will continue laying eggs in different types of standing water until they are removed. Other egg laying locations can include: tree holes, buckets, toys, potted plant trays and saucers and plastic lawn coverings (USEPA). They are also known carriers of diseases such as malaria, dengue fever, and several forms of encephalitis, including the West Nile virus: which can be transmitted to humans and animals. According to the Center for Disease Control, 80% of the people who are infected by the West Nile will not show any symptoms. Other viruses can cause mild and severe symptoms that can include headaches, body aches, fever and even paralysis.

TTM services are offered throughout most of West Michigan. "I continue to be impressed with the responsiveness from these folks even though their offices are located 40+ miles from our address," said client, Doug Thompson.

Keep your families safe from the mosquitoes this summer. Citronella candles might be a quick fix, but leave it to the experts at TTM to get the job done for the entire season.
