TEXTQ.com launches revolutionary online advertising model.

For a fee of $5 customers can place a text ad on the homepage at TEXTQ.com. Each ad starts at position 100 and progresses towards the number 1 position at the top of the page as other ads are placed subsequently. Once the ad is pushed from position 1 it leaves the site.

The system is designed to give advertisers the opportunity to showcase their ads to a large potential audience. For example if 1% of all visitors to TEXTQ.com advertise then each ad would receive 10,000 impressions before leaving the site.

TEXTQ’s creator, Edward Dunhill was inspired by the recent development of ‘per pixel’ advertising: “I wanted to create a site based on the pixel ad model but utilising the power of text ads, we have had a lot of good feedback so far and our traffic is increasing daily.”
