Columbus, Ohio – In addition to offering patient education services via his cosmetic and family dentistry practice, Steven Walton, DDS works with Vineyard Community Center and the OPTIONS program to better serve his community.

Donating time to the OPTIONS program and the Vineyard Community center, Dr. Steve Walton has been able to provide reduced and no-cost dental services for his fellow Columbus residents. As an Ohio native, Dr. Walton has been helping to brighten the smiles of his patients at his local dental practice for over 30 years. In working with the volunteer services, he is able to share his expertise with a wider population.

The OPTIONS program (Ohio Partnership To Improve Oral health through access to Needed Services) helps connect those with low household income or no dental insurance to low-cost care from experienced dental professionals. The OPTIONS dental lab is able to provide crowns and complete or partial dentures to patients in need of more extensive treatment. In a similar fashion, The Vineyard Community Center offers free health clinics for those who are without insurance and or with low income. For visitors, these free clinic visits can provide dental services in the way of cleanings, home health care advice, fillings, and extractions.

He adds, "My favorite part about donating my time is the chance to help people who are unable to afford dental work in other settings." Through his volunteer time and regular office hours, Dr. Walton has been able to educate many of his patients on the importance of good total-mouth care. The caring staff at his Columbus practice is committed to providing gentle, individualized care to ensure the best oral health for all of their patients. They offer a variety of cosmetic dentistry and restorative services such as:

  • Composite Fillings
  • Porcelain Crowns
  • Fixed Bridges
  • Full and Partial Dentures
  • Cleanings, Sealants, and Digital X-Rays

  • Dr. Walton adds, "We encourage guests to contact our offices for any concerns they may have about their oral health. We are happy to educate those in need of dental procedures about what treatment plan is best for them. "
