Autologica and ADC to increase auto dealers’ bottom line

Autologica™, makers of the Autologica Dealer Management System, and ADC™-Automotive Dealer Consulting, LLC today announced a partnership that will help automotive dealers, distributors and manufacturers throughout the Caribbean, Central and South America improve their business processes and increase their bottom line.

ADC is a consultancy firm with offices in Richmond, Virginia and Caguas, Puerto Rico that specializes in the automotive industry. They have over 20 years of experience providing process improvements and training to automotive clients throughout the region.

ADC will be Autologica’s Consulting and Training partner for the region, assisting dealers in the proper organization of their service and parts department inventory, processes, procedures, pricing and staffing before the implementation of a new DMS system.
