CA Insurance Agency Urges Consumers to Enroll in Covered California by March 31st Deadline

Most Californians are required to have insurance in 2014 or pay a penalty on their 2015 tax return of $95, or one percent of their income, whichever is greater. The requirement is referred to as the individual healthcare mandate and is part of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) enacted by the Obama Administration.
