Netrepid To Award Over $5K In Virtual Servers And More To Winners At Startup Weekend Health Philadelphia

Netrepid announced today that it will be providing over $5,000 in virtual private server hosting services to three Philadelphia-area entrepreneurial teams as part of the 2nd annual Startup Weekend Health Philadelphia, scheduled to be held March 28-30 at Ventureforth. The three winning teams will each be awarded the same prize package, with different subscription lengths based on the order of finish. Specifications for the virtual private servers include:
The winning startup team will receive subscription to Netrepid's virtual private server hosting services for a period of 12 months following the setup of their account. The second place and third place teams will receive subscriptions for 6 months and 3 months once they setup accounts with Netrepid, respectively.
"Our virtual server solutions are great for startups and small businesses because they can be customized to meet the demands of any business," said Sam Coyl, President and CEO of Netrepid. "Successful startups generally start small and scale quickly. Coyl will be one of 11 PA-based entrepreneurs and executives who will serve as coaches during the Startup Weekend event, where aspiring entrepreneurs get hands-on experience building the various areas of a new venture to determine if their startups are viable. In addition to offering a prize to the top startups from the weekend, Netrepid will also serve as an event sponsor.
In addition to the donation of the virtual servers, Netrepid will also be offering the top two finishers the opportunity to present their startups before a Board of Advisors for admission into the Netrepid Virtual Incubator's April 2014 program.
