June 17, 2014 - NORTHFIELD, IL – California State University, Los Angeles is live on TranscriptsPlus®. Students and alumni can now order their transcripts online 24/7. The system is secure, compliant, user-friendly and automates the entire transcript ordering process. It is tailored to fit the institution's unique policies and procedures including service options, pricing and school branding. The self-service environment reduces data input by staff and collects all fees.

Cal State L.A. utilizes Credentials' propriety back-end automation software RoboRegistrar® as well. Working in concert with TranscriptsPlus, Robo streamlines transcript processing by locating records, authenticating students and alumni, checking for holds, communicating with students via email and text and facilitating order fulfillment.

Credentials collects all fees on behalf of the university as a third party certified PCI-DSS Tier 1 compliant payment processor. Credentials Solutions Customer Service Representatives handle all customer service calls and email inquiries on behalf of Cal State L.A. from 7am – 7:30pm CST, allowing staff members to focus on other student service areas.
