September 30, 2014 - Advertising and Commercial photographer, Jeffery Salter is pushing the rules of composition with his personal Fine Art Project, Key Bridge Dance. Inspired by Architecture and Dance, Salter has combined the two art forms to create a symbiotic portrait of movement and light, breathing life into the cold stone of old South Florida Architecture and Phase One came along to document the story.

From sunrise to the moonlit night of the South Florida Keys, Jeffery, with camera in hand, was able to create and accentuate the abandoned beauty, shape and lines of historical structures in ways seldom recognized.

Sculpting with light and time, bringing pictures to life, while giving bridges and the water running beneath them a new purpose. No longer structures or masses but participants in the seductive dance of life. By breaking all the rules, having fun and creating something from his heart, we get to experience the beauty and grace of stone swans.

Phase One, the world's leader in open-platform, high-end medium format camera systems, likes to reach out to professional users of their equipment to document how their hardware is being used. This documentary is a pleasure to the eye as it is melodious to the heart encompassing the Phase One goal of FREEDOM.

"With this shot I'm breaking the rules of composition and that's what rules are made for, in photography to break them, but its important to know the rules so you can break the rules….I am creating tension, drama, mystery, so its more than just a photograph on a page." - Jeffery Salter
