Mr. Clinger has earned the Certified Business Appraiser (CBA) designation from the Institute of Business Appraisers (IBA), the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation from the National Association of Certified Valuators & Analysts (NACVA), and the Licensed International Financial Analyst (LIFA) charter from the International Research Association (IRA).

Mr. Clinger is a member of the E. Craig Wall Sr. College of Business Administration Board of Visitors at Coastal Carolina University. Each February, he also hosts the Robert M.
