The University of Central Arkansas is live with Credentials eScrip-Safe

August 17, 2015 - NORTHFIELD, IL – The University of Central Arkansas is now live with TranscriptsPlus®, RoboRegistrar® and eRoboMail® from Credentials eScrip-Safe. The school is also utilizing PDF sending and will add EDI in the near future. TranscriptsPlus enables students and alumni to order transcripts online 24/7. It provides a convenient, compliant and easy-to-use online transcript ordering platform that includes the school's service options, pricing and branding. Credentials is a 3rd party certified PCI DSS Tier 1 payment processor and collects all fees on behalf of the institution.

The University of Central Arkansas has also installed RoboRegistrar, a software interface developed by Credentials that automates 90% of the work associated with transcript order processing. Robo locates records, authenticates students and alumni, checks for holds, communicates with students and facilitates fulfillment.

Students and alumni have the ability to send In-Network and Out-of-Network PDFs through the Credentials eScrip-Safe Network, allowing transcripts to reach their destinations in minutes. The school will soon add EDI sending, further reducing expenses associated with paper transcript fulfillment. In the event that electronic sending is not an option, the University of Central Arkansas has implemented eRoboMail, which prints and mails transcripts on behalf of the institution at one of Credentials' facilities.

Credentials eScrip-Safe supports the school with a Client Relationship Manager to assist with any questions and students with Customer Service Representatives to answer phone and email inquiries, allowing staff members to focus on other areas.
