New Initiative by Seattle CPA Makes Financial Advice Accessible

September 22, 2015 (PRLEAP.COM) Business News
September 22, 2015 - Seattle- Curtis Erickson of Erickson Wealth & Tax Management has adopted a new initiative to promote accessibility and interest in financial topics through the Erickson University program and weekly Erickson TV blog.

Originally, the Erickson University initiative was part of a larger initiative to provide individuals and businesses with information on tax planning through monthly educational seminars. As these informative discussions were difficult for out-of-state clients to attend, Mr. Erickson created Erickson University to provide long distance clients with access to key seminars. As popularity in the program grew, so did the initiative. Now, Erickson University provides all interested members of the public with access to a rapidly expanding resource for continuing investment education.

This drive to increase public understanding of complex financial issues is not limited to the Erickson University initiative. In the summer of 2013, Mr. Erickson launched the Erickson TV blog. Since then, these weekly informal video blogs have delved into a range of current events affecting the global economy. Over the course of the two years since its inception, the Erickson TV blog has covered topics from who owns the United States debt and IRS scam calls to tips on discussing money with your partner and how to cover costs during retirement.
