Coreland Companies Represents CPA firm in 4,737 SF Lease at Fountain Valley Plaza / Olmsted & Associates Signs 4-Year Lease Valued at $440,000

TUSTIN, CA – Coreland Companies of Tustin, Calif., one of the largest real estate service companies based in California, announced that its leasing / sales division represented CPA firm Olmsted & Associates in a lease transaction at Fountain Valley Plaza in Fountain Valley, Calif.

Olmsted & Associates signed a four-year lease for 4,737 square feet for a total consideration of approximately $440,000. Darren Kim of Coreland Companies represented Olmsted & Associates. Owner Arden Realty, Inc. of Newport Beach represented itself. Olmsted & Associates is scheduled to take possession of the space in February 2006.

"Fountain Valley Plaza is one of the premier office building projects in Fountain Valley with freeway exposure and is located in close proximity to amenities,” says Coreland’s Leasing / Sales Division Vice President Steven Hogberg.

Fountain Valley Plaza is a 107,252-square-foot office project located at 10540 Talbert Avenue.

Additionally, as the exclusive leasing agent for The Plaza in Huntington Beach, Coreland Companies recently negotiated a 63-month, 15,154-square-foot office lease with Taskport, Inc. of Orange County for a total consideration of approximately $1,925,000.
