RESTON, VA - October 29, 2015 - According to Bloomberg, 80% of entrepreneurs fail within the first 18 months. As The Third Annual Group Coaching Megasummit kicks off online with around-the-world access, Gina Hiatt, Ph.D. hopes to help lower that percentage.

Part of the challenge entrepreneurs face, especially those providing coaching services, is burn out. Running your own business sounds great. But the reality is often demanding.

Coaches who are just starting out fear that they won't get enough clients. Then, when they do get clients, they realize that working hour after hour is causing them burn out. They also notice that there is no way to increase their income without working more hours.

In the meantime, coaches grow more overwhelmed with the need to learn how to grow their service into a real business, leverage their time to increase their income, and get better known so they can reach more people.

Coaching groups are the answer. When owners shift from one-on-one sessions to group coaching, entrepreneurs are able to take back their schedules without compromising the quality of services or their income.

That is why Hiatt created the Third Annual Group Coaching Megasummit. The Megasummit is a free training event, offering 20 presentations and interviews with experienced group coaches. It is designed to help coaches, trainers, teachers, and change agents work smart, earn more, and help their clients achieve goals, and get things done through group coaching.

Hiatt knows what she is talking about when it comes to understanding how groups work. She has 37 years experience working with groups, first as a clinical psychologist running therapy groups for children, adolescents and adults. Then in 2004, when she began coaching professors and graduate students, she ran phone-coaching groups for them.

She then developed a small-group based accountability membership site for her academics (the Academic Writing Club), to provide them with daily accountability, progress tracking, community, group interaction and online coaching. Her site has over 450 members who pay monthly, which is run by 22 coaches.

Now, as the president of Finish Agent® Inc, Gina Hiatt, Ph.D., she has built the academic system into software that all coaches can license. Hiatt's software stops the headaches of running membership sites and using complicated software before they ever begin.

Having run the Annual Group Coaching Megasummit for 3 years, she hopes to bring the advantages of group coaching to many more coaches, so that they can change lower that dismal failure rate of entrepreneurs, and watch their businesses take off. http://groupcoachingsummit.com/

Gina Hiatt, Ph.D. helps coaches and change agents create "Online Get-It-Done Coaching" and "Build Habits That Lead to Transformation" groups. Her passion is to help everyone belong to at least one group that they feel deeply connected to; a group that supports them, recognizes and appreciates them, and welcomes them.

Gina is a clinical psychologist with an impressive background in group therapy and group coaching. When many of her coaching clients were struggling to achieve their goals, she realized that they needed more structure, accountability, and community than one coach could provide. So she created a membership site with those features. This membership site became highly successful. As it grew, Gina hired coaches and started to earn passive income. In fact, she earned over $450,000 in almost completely passive income from her first company. She realized, "Who wouldn't want passive income and a cost effective way to help clients?" So she founded Finish Agent, Inc., in order to license this same software and unique business system to other coaches, trainers, and experts.
