November 18, 2015 - Wild Republic, an international toy company based in Twinsburg, has teamed up with Project Night Night to put stuffed animals into the hands of kids who need them most this holiday season.

Project Night Night is a nonprofit organization based in San Francisco which provides 25,000 care packages to children entering homeless shelters across the country. These care packages include a blanket, a stuffed animal, and a book, bringing a sense of security to these children during a stressful time in their lives.

"Kids are at the heart of everything we do here at Wild Republic, so this was a natural fit" said Vishnu Chandran, president of Wild Republic. "Having previously worked with the Cleveland Chapter of Project Night Night we saw the opportunity to play a more significant role this year."

Project Night Night is dedicated to improving the lives of homeless children, one sweet dream at a time. Each year 1.5 million American children face homelessness. Many arrive at shelters only having the clothes on their back.

Through Dec. 16, 2015, Wild Republic will donate one of their new Switch-A-Rooz reversible stuffed animals to Project Night Night for every order over $35 on wildrepublic.com. The purchaser will also receive a free Switch-A-Rooz and free shipping for the entire order.

"We know how much of a comfort our stuffed animals can be to children" Chandran said. "Please join us in helping children in need this holiday season."
