Paris, France, December 1, 2015 - Neocase Software, the SaaS and on-premise supplier of Employee Relationship and HR Shared Service Center Solutions, announces the launch of Neocase HR Power 14 R2 for the next generation of HR shared service delivery and global business service centers.

To enable next-generation service center delivery to meet their challenges and achieve their goals; Neocase HR POWER 14 R2 introduces several new key strategic enhancements:

  • A New Responsive Employee & Manager Portal – featuring 24/7 mobile access and completely configurable capabilities combined with the data security and processing efficiency the industry demands – all from an off-the-shelf solution. The display provides an optimal viewing experience, with easy reading and navigation and minimal resizing, panning, and scrolling - across a wide range of devices (from desktop computer monitors to mobile phones).
  • "For an optimal employee experience, it's crucial for a company to engage their employees via a branded and intuitive portal interface - accessible 24/7 through their own devices.   • Business Process Management - Export/Import Process - featuring the Neocase Process Library with a variety of built-in HR processes that may be customized to company specifications; such as onboarding/off-boarding, marital status change, personal information change, grievance, bonus payment, contract change, leave of absence, , salary change, etc. Other BPM capability highlights include the ability to export/import a process between two Neocase HR instances.
  • Digital Document Management – A key enhancement in this area is the introduction of 'DocuSign', the electronic signature feature. This will help save time and resources in instances where signatures are required, e.g. Signature on employment contract in an onboarding process, or employee contract addendum in a mobility transfer process, etc. In addition to this a new 'document' tab has been designed within the employee form to give the agents easier access to the respective employee's documents. Furthermore, we have added a SharePoint Connector to store processed documents in this Enterprise Content Solution.
  • Knowledge Base Article Importation - enables the importation of new articles in a Microsoft Word or PDF format into the Neocase Knowledge Base using an Excel mapping file, directly from within the Neocase User Interface – creating a search-optimized database for streamlined content retrieval. (During the importation process, the Word or PDF document is automatically transformed into an HTML format.)
