January 12, 2016 - Northfield, IL – Darton State College is live with TranscriptsPlus®, eRoboMail® and PDF sending from Credentials Solutions. This safe and secure suite of services automates the school's entire transcript process.

TranscriptsPlus provides benefits to both the institution and its students. Students are able to order their transcript and check their order status online 24/7, from anywhere in the world.

TranscriptsPlus works in concert with Credentials Solutions back-end Java-based application, RoboRegistrar™. RoboRegistrar works with Darton State's Banner by Ellucian™ student information system to automate the manual production processes involved with transcript orders. Robo locates the student's records, checks for any holds and approves orders. Credentials also communicates with the student by e-mail, fax and text message.

In addition, Darton State has implemented eRoboMail®, which automates the printing, folding, inserting, sealing and stamping of paper transcripts. All printing is done at Credentials Solution's secure facility, ensuring that paper transcripts are processed more efficiently and with fewer errors.

Darton State College students and alumni are now able to send their PDF transcripts through the Credentials eScrip-Safe Network. This reduces the cost of producing paper transcripts, while streamlining the delivery process.
