The BAC interns coming to Lehman, Lee & Xu from the College have a chance to learn from the many diverse fields of practice at the firm and also contribute to the growth of the firm according to their levels of training. They are also often part of the scholarship program, so for their efforts they are aided in school and living costs. The English training program mainly consists of Lehman, Lee & Xu sending and paying for English speakers to teach English at the College. Lehman, Lee & Xu’s scholarship program also helps students who are not interns, but top students, from the BAC attend law school. In return, these law students are expected to meet English and computer standards.

But the culmination of the program will be Lehman Law School. Lehman, Lee & Xu is helping to set up a law school for BAC.
