Darryl brings over 20 years international and domestic experience in M&A, private equity, debt, recapitalizations and other capital markets transactions as well as advising clients on contracts, joint ventures and other general corporate matters. In addition, Darryl provides clients with business advisory expertise in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, turnaround management, corporate development, and strategic planning.
