Sam Houston State University is live with Credentials Solutions

December 23, 2016 - Sam Houston State University is live with TranscriptsPlus®, the fully-automated online transcript ordering service from Credentials Solutions. TranscriptsPlus is designed to meet Sam Houston State's unique service and fulfillment option requirements, while incorporating school logos and colors into a secure, compliant and easy-to-use transcript ordering solution. Credentials collects all fees on behalf of the institution in a PCI DSS compliant environment. TranscriptsPlus works in concert with RoboRegistrar®, which automates back-end processing and optimizes transcript delivery, by facilitating both paper and electronic fulfillment options based on the receiving institutions' preferences.

Students and alumni can have their transcripts sent electronically as EDI through the SPEEDE Server and School-to-School and 3rd Party PDFs through Credentials' TranscriptsNetwork™. Sam Houston State has also implemented print and mail service eRoboMail®, which automates the entire print and mail process. Transcripts are printed and mailed from Credentials Solutions' facilities securely and efficiently. Features such as security paper, tamper-proof envelopes and copy and thermal protections ensure document integrity and security. eRoboMail even accommodates attachments and utilizes Intelligent Mail Barcoding, which allows students to be notified when their transcript is out for delivery.

Credentials Solutions supports all services with Client Relationship Managers to assist staff members with any questions and Customer Service Representatives to answer student inquiries.
