HIPAA X12N Utility Software from iTech Workshop

iTech Workshop (iTech), a Data Integration for Healthcare company announces the availability of the expEDIum Functional Acknowledgement Reader (eFR) & the expEDIum X12N Dictionary Search Tool (eXD) as free downloads. There have been over 200 downloads of these utilities till date. These utilities are aimed at the healthcare IT sector.

Both the eFR and the eXD are available for download at http://www.itechws.com/downloads.shtml. The eFR is a Java based tool that creates a human readable HTML report for any X12 997 files. This tool uses our expEDIum X12N framework internally. The eXD is a Java based tool that allows search across all 11 X12N transaction set documentation. Multiple search criteria such as Transaction Set IDs, Loop IDs, and Segment IDs are also available.

So far, these utilities have been downloaded by several consultants, health care providers, Medical Centers, Medical Billing companies, healthcare solution vendors, EDI vendors, universities, amongst many others from across the world.
