International Wind Energy Expert Joins WYSAK Advisory Board

Seattle, WA – Dec. 2, 2004 - Wysak Petroleum (OTC-WYSK) announces the appointment of Mr. Jesper Kjaer of Denmark, to the position of European Renewable Energy Advisor.

As former Executive of the World's leading Wind Technology Company, Vestas, Mr. Kjaer's responsibility involved the development of 18 Wind Power projects throughout Finland and Poland, valued at over $2.5 billion. Vestas is currently responsible for over one quarter of the World's wind power project developments. Mr. Kjaer is an internationally recognized expert in Wind Power. Decades of Mr. Kjaer's experience in the European wind energy sector will ensure Wysak's product and technology integration in European energy markets.

Mr. Kjaer's privately held Wind Energy companies have developed projects throughout Europe which are valued at more than $650 million. Currently, Mr. Kjaer and his group are responsible for an additional 20 commercial Wind Energy projects under development, which are valued at more than $400 million.
