Earlier this year, Value My House produced a television ad which solicits homeowners to visit their website www.valuemyhouse.com in order to ascertain the value of their house. This television commercial will begin airing in select markets today.

The company Value My House began offering a lead generation service to realtors in 2003 and has since been growing exponentially. The Company which now has over 3,000 Customers nationwide, plans for their next expansion which will continue through 2005. In addition to television marketing, the company plans to offer advanced marketing solutions to real estate agents during first quarter 2005. These plans include an online contact management system which will redefine the methods in which real estate agents follow up on leads from Value My House and various other lead generation sources.

Value My House's business model is two sided – generating leads from its web site and maintaining and increasing its Customer base. Value My House originally launched its service charging real estate agents $99.00 yearly per territory while providing all of the leads from within that territory exclusively to one real estate agent. This made the service very appealing amongst the real estate agents. Value My House is planning a strategic re-pricing strategy, as well as business model restructuring to expand the business and generate a higher volume of leads.

Beginning first quarter 2005, Value My House intends to begin offering selected territories to multiple agents for a monthly fee. These territories will be heavily marketed through online, print, and television media and generating many more leads. As a result of this change, rather than an agent purchasing an exclusive territory, agents will be purchasing a guaranteed amount of leads per month within selected territories. Value My House may decide, at its discretion to provide an agent with more leads, if the volume of leads within the territory permit them to do so.

This strategic business structure strategy derived from the need to allow Value My House to generate additional capital which is needed to expand television advertising to additional markets during 2005 without the need to raise funding from investment firms. Since Value My House originally launched its service in 2003, it has been debt free with a positive cash flow.

Value My House intends to further increase overall Customer satisfaction by providing advanced Contact Management solutions to real estate agents. This application is expected to increase Value My House's Customer retention rates by providing them with additional functionality which will prove to be essential to their every-day real estate operations. Value My House is currently establishing business relationships with a plurality of MLS providers so that they can provide an auto-prospecting solution to real estate agents who join the system. This, of-course, is limited to areas in which the local MLS is able to accommodate the use of integrating their data in external applications. Agents in areas which do not accommodate this functionality will still be able to use their renowned Contact management software, however it will not incorporate MLS data.

In addition to providing exclusive seller leads to real estate agents, Value My House intends to offer an additional site to real estate agents beginning in January. This site, Listed Today, www.listedtoday.com, will provide exclusive buyer leads to real estate agents. Additionally, Listed Today agents will receive a free subscription to the advanced contact management software which is presently being developed. A television commercial is currently being produced and will be funded using Value My House revenue.

Value My House's sales has grown 2,500% since its original offering of its product in late 2003. Value My House expects a strong growth during its expansion in 2005.
