The ODM Group Visits Cosmoprof Asia Trade Show 2017

November 21, 2017 - Cosmetic products has taken center stage at the 22nd edition of Cosmoprof Asia and ODM has returned to the tradeshow this year. Dubbed as the "leading business-to-business beauty trade show in the Asia Pacific Region" the trade fair was 4-day event and held in two different venues.

Following the success of Cosmoprof 2016, this year's trade show has been very exciting as 2,800 exhibitors from 49 countries and regions has joined this event. What's new was the launch of Cosmopack Asia, an event dedicated to the cosmetics supply chain.

What Is Cosmopack Asia?
The goal of Cosmopack Asia was to "further strengthen the brand identity of the supply chain by creating new business opportunities for our customers," Enrico Zannini, President of Cosmoprof Worldwide, said in a previous statement.

Cosmopack Asia hosted exhibitors of raw materials and ingredients for cosmetics, machinery, packaging services as well as manufacture and private label. The event started on November 14 and ended on the 16th and was held at the Asia World Expo (AWE).

This was a good opportunity for marketing companies such as ODM as it is rare opportunity to mingle with top suppliers from around the globe.

Exhibitors of finished products in the beauty industry gathered at Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) on November 15-17 to showcase their finished products. The focus of the event was on:

  • Natural & Organic Products
  • Baby Care Products
  • Home Beauty Products

  • In addition, ODM hoped to gain valuable insight in the following special areas:

  • This season's trade fair had a lot of interesting products to offer, but what captivated us the most is the white makeup seat underneath a cherry blossom tree. Beside it is a luggage full of makeup kits and beauty products. The setup was, indeed, perfect for the occasion.

    There were also interesting pill-shaped displays with video functions on one of the stalls. The setup has attracted a lot of curious visitors as it was truly eye-catching and engaging.

    The gathering of key players in the cosmetics industry is a once-a-year occasion and visiting Cosmoprof Asia Trade Show gives ODM a chance to discover new partners and develop brand identity.
