About the Author
A native of New Hampshire, Claire DeSantis grew up in a French/American home. She speaks French fluently, as did her entire family growing up. She now lives in California, where she enjoys writing, being outdoors, and spending time with her dog, Magnum. DeSantis also works as a therapist, her beloved career for the past 32 years. She has two grown children.
