Network Control, a pioneer and leader in Telecom Expense Management (TEM) industry today announced 2017 was another banner year for the company. Revenue was strong once again, as was new customer acquisition.

Significant new customers were added to the Network Control family. Some notables were: the world's largest international beverage company, three leading utility energy companies as well as a well-known, rapidly-growing biotech firm. "The diversity of our new and existing clients speaks to our unique ability to adapt our processes and technologies to the needs of our customers," said Mark Hearn, President and CEO of Network Control. "We pride ourselves on providing the best possible service, which in turn leads to the best possible communications savings and network insight. In a technology world that can turn on a dime, we are able to help our customers do the same."

As a result of continued customer growth, Network Control continues to expand its support-side team which represents the highest support staff-to-client ratio in the TEM industry.

Also of note in 2017 was recognition of the company by Gartner, with Network Control's inclusion in Gartner's 2017 Market Guide for Telecom Expense Management Services. The purpose of this guide is to educate businesses about, and reduce confusion around making informed decisions for the selection of a TEM services provider. "In a crowded and complex industry such TEM," stated Hearn, "it's critical for companies considering TEM for the first time or replacement of an existing vendor to have as much unbiased help as possible. We're pleased to be included once again."

2017 also saw Network Control achieve AOTMP Efficiency First recertification, an industry best practices standard of performance excellence. "AOTMP congratulates Network Control on its recertification," stated Timothy C. Colwell, SVP Efficiency First® Adoption." The certification serves as recognition of continuous leadership in telecom expense management with an ongoing commitment to drive performance and deliver excellent service to its clients."
