Intrafocus announces a new step-by-step video guide library for Version 3 of QuickScore and Scoreboard

Intrafocus is pleased to announce that they have published a new video guide library for both QuickScore and Scoreboard. Version 3 of the software was released last year and has a brand new interface and is fully mobile compatible. The new interface is much more intuitive to use, but with any new software product, a short amount of time is required assimilate the new features.

To that end, Intrafocus has provided a set of how-to guides in video format. The videos are clear and concise and deal with one topic at a time. Each video lasts between 3-6 minutes.

"We wanted to make it as easy as possible for both our existing customers and new ones to get to grips with the new software." Says Clive Keyte of Intrafocus "The videos have been designed to be used in sequence or to dip in and out when a need arises."

The videos cover both QuickScore and Scoreboard. "QuickScore and Scoreboard are essentially the same product" explains Keyte. "It is only the terms used in the menus that are different. If you are using a formal Balanced Scorecard approach, then QuickScore is for you. If you prefer to use a more generic business language, then opt for Scoreboard."

The first five videos cover the basics and the rest provide information about more advanced functions and how the interconnects between a scorecard and dashboards and initiatives work. If you need to go into more depth then Intrafocus has also provided a comprehensive set of documented user guides. They also provide free online training sessions for beginners and advanced users.
