February 26, 2018 - Plaudit Design, a St. Paul/Minneapolis-based web design and Internet marketing agency, announces a record year of growth and achievement. 2017 was a stunning year for Plaudit Design, and it looks like people have noticed. Across the board, Plaudit's creative, development, and leadership teams have received recognition for accomplishments from industry leaders and trusted peers.

Through hard work and close collaboration with their clients, Plaudit was presented with 14 awards from 7 prestigious authorities on graphic design and marketing:

Not only did Plaudit's work with clients garner attention, but their efforts building a strong team drew attention as well. The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal named Plaudit Design one of a total 67 "Best Places to Work" - one of only 26 companies in that size category. That is certainly something to be proud of!
Office Remodel
Finally, 2017 marked the end of a big project for Plaudit Design - a significant remodel of their offices. Of the remodel, Plaudit co-founder and twin brother David Schlotfeldt says, "Having been in our current space for almost 15 years, it was time for an update. So we tore down walls, pulled up carpet, and reinvented the space as an open, modern working environment."
The new configuration features an open floor-plan with sit/stand desks to enhance cross-team collaboration, and several private breakout rooms for impromptu collaboration or for deeper focus. "We've found that this hybrid office layout is providing the best of both worlds," David explains. "The increased openness encourages opportunities for collaboration, while the separate breakout rooms help minimize distraction and maintain an ideal working environment within the common area."
