When asked about his reaction to the article, Travis replied, "Articles like this are game-changers. They not only introduce me to an ever-broadening audience, but suggest why that audience might be interested in reading, watching, and listening to more."

The first serious game-changer article was on Perlich Post, where Pike's "Watch Out Woman," Youtube clip from the 1966 movie "Feelin' Good," was proclaimed the best rock video of 2016 actually shot in 1966, a half-century earlier.

The second game-changer followed quickly. Ugly Things published a favorable review of that clip, favorable reviews of some of Pike's more recent works, and a six page Harvey Kubernik - Travis Pike interview in its 2016-2017 Winter Edition.

Number three was quick on its heels, when State Records, U.K., requested the rights to produce a limited edition 45 rpm vinyl record of "Watch Out Woman" and "The Way That I Need You," the two songs Pike performed in the movie, taken directly from the optical movie soundtrack.

And the news just keeps getting better. Last year's December issue of Shindig magazine listed the State Records release of "Watch Out Woman" at number three of its Best of 2017 singles, and the February online issue of Goldmine magazine reviewed Pike's CD albums, "Ouside the Box," Travis Edward Pike's Tea Party Snack Platter," "Feelin' Better," and "Morningstone Music" (since re-released as "Mystical Encounter: Songs from Changeling's Return"), and listed them all as Quick Picks in the Goldmine April print edition, due on newsstands March 6 - April 10.

Now, It's Psychedelic Baby has posted Lenny Helsing's 18 page "Travis Edward Pike Story," an exclusive in-depth article celebrating Pike's more than half-century in showbiz, with a focus, of course, on his music.

And there's more to come in the weeks ahead!
