The Houston CIO Executive Summit will bring together the region's top IT leaders to help them drive innovative and strategic solutions for today's top IT challenges.
Rob will be moderating Building Successful Cloud Strategies with help from session leaders Erik Tennison from AIG and James Green from Chevron Corporation. During the session, attendees will get the opportunity to share their experiences with cloud systems and their thoughts on how business processes will need to change to meet cloud and SaaS application requirements. They will also be able to learn from their peers and use the knowledge they gained to help their organizations build and strengthen their internal cloud strategies.
"Cloud adoption rates are only going to increase over the next few years, but many IT leaders still have questions and concerns surrounding cloud systems," said Rob. "RDX has helped dozens of organizations migrate to and administer their cloud environments. In addition, many shops have current projects underway or have already completed cloud migrations and will be able to share their experiences and lessons learned with the group. Moderating a boardroom session that focuses on building cloud strategies is a great way for us to share our own experiences and best practices while collaborating with Houston's leading IT executives to solve some of today's common cloud DBMS challenges."
