Happy in Intensive Care, a new book by Robert Harrison Black, has been released by RoseDog Books.

The Author was practicing what he taught at the Osher Life Long Learning Institute at the University of North Florida when the series of medical events came upon him. The complications included fluid on the lung, pneumonia, hernia surgery to repair the stomach cancer incision and anemia. This all happened in the first three months of 2017.

After surviving the problems, he found it interesting how easily he was able to stay happy, not require pain medication and actually help others become happy. He then expanded a class handout and four years of research into this book.

The book contains the wisdom of the ancients as well as modern studies. It is designed to be read and put into practice. Later it should be used as a reference.

If you are not enjoying life, you are doing it wrong.
