RDX Launches The RDX Factor Customer Advocacy Program

The goal of the program is to improve the level of service RDX provides its customers while recognizing them for their advocacy efforts.
Customers who subscribe to The RDX Factor hub are provided with an interactive dashboard containing various experiences and activities that enable them to network with their peers, provide feedback about RDX and increase their IT knowledge. Activities within The RDX Factor include watching RDX Insights webinars, providing testimonials, case study participation, RDX blog contributions and sharing feedback about favorite IT events and news sites. Each time customers complete challenges, they earn points that they can put toward RDX merchandise, tech gadgets, charities of their choice, professional services and gift cards.
