Barrie, Ontario - Over the last 35 years, Environmental Systems Corporation (ESC) has grown from a small company to one of North America's leading critical environmental solutions providers.

In 1983, founder Vern Solomon had the vision to support his customers with quality service, innovative solutions and delivering on promises. He built the business on these principles, and they remain the backbone of ESC's values today.

"We believe in partnering with our clients right from upfront project definition, through project delivery, to start-up and qualification," said Solomon, President & CEO of ESC.

"We're already in industries such as nuclear power, pharmaceutical manufacturing and contract manufacturing. And we can't wait to see what tomorrow brings."

Despite their growth into national and international markets, ESC remains proud of their roots, and still call Barrie, Ontario their home.

"Congratulations to Vern and the ESC team for your growth over the past years by building a truly remarkable and innovative business," said Jeff Lehman, Mayor of Barrie.

"And thank you for supporting the Barrie Business Ambassador program that has led to putting Barrie, Ontario on the map."

During their time, ESC has set the bar in their industry with a number of patents, and groundbreaking technologies, such as the Aluma1 Modular Cleanroom Wall System, as well as the SmartHEPA Fan Filter Module.

"By constantly asking 'Can this be done better,' we have grown ESC consistently year over year. We listen to our clients, continually innovate, design and develop great critical environment solutions," said Solomon.

He added, "We've also had a lot of help from our incredible team over the years. We've always taken pride in hiring the best people, and that extends all the way to today's amazing team."
