About the Author
After teaching in Uganda between 1968 and 1969, Denis Lacasse joined the Office Franco-Québécois pour la jeunesse where he worked towards improving relationships with the Francophonie's youth.

Lacasse continued his career at the Minister of International Relations of Quebec, where he helped strengthening relations between the province of Quebec and other countries in various fields including education, trade, and economic cooperation. Afterwards, Lacasse worked as a researcher for various deputies at the Quebec National Assembly.

In recent years, Lacasse has been involved in Canada's urgent transition towards renewable energy within the Quebec Section of the Political Commission of the Liberal Party of Canada.
