In January, two marketing associates of TEAM International began taking online classes in e-Marketing from the eMarketing Association. Nataly, the Web-Site Coordinator, took a course in Website Marketing, while Alexandra, the Outbound Electronic Marketing Coordinator, enrolled in Basic E-Marketing.

The courses consisted of five lessons, each followed by a quiz, with a final exam at the end. Each course used online lessons, secure testing and teach interaction via email and email resources.

“Basic E-Marketing” covered e-Mail Marketing, Banner Advertising, Search Engines vs. Directories, Coordinating On- and Off-line marketing, and Publicity. These topics cover the most important areas of the Electronic Marketing Coordinator’s responsibilities. The “Web Site Marketing” class, in turn, became the foundation for TEAM’s new web-site promotion campaign. The TEAM International Web Site Coordinator studied topics including Site Design, Hosting and Dedicated Servers, Rich Media, Metrics and Measurement, and e-Commerce and Credit Cards.

Both courses were approved by TEAM Management as part of the training program launched in the last quarter of 2005. Each TEAM employee has received a personalized training plan for continuing education to improve professional skills based on the employee’s position and specialty.
