With more and more Britons undergoing the knife every year for cosmetic surgery treatments, a company specializing in cosmetic surgery holidays – Gorgeous Getaways – has started offering plastic holiday vouchers for their cosmetic surgery holiday packages.

"We introduced the vouchers as we were seeing a lot of partners or husbands were organizing and purchasing the holiday for their wives' said Louise. "So, why not make it a surprise gift if you know that is what she really wants.'

Louise maintains that the vouchers are encouraging to partners: "Plastic surgery is an open issue now, is talked about freely as people look at improving the quality of their life. When you give a plastic surgery voucher to your partner, it signals that you are completely supportive and accepting of their decision.'
