(Santa Cruz, California, March 2006) Elaine Kiernan, a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and Financial Resource Associates, Inc. (FRA) president, announces that Denver-based Geneos Wealth Management, Inc. is now operating as FRA’s broker/dealer.

Geneos Wealth Management has been recognized by Investment Advisor magazine as the Broker/Dealer of the Year in 2004 and 2005. Having founded Geneos in 2002, Russell Diachok and his father George Diachok had previously started and managed for 20 years another successful broker/dealer which they sold to the ING Group in 1998.

After interviewing with various broker/dealers to find the one that offered the highest level of service available, Kiernan chose to deal with Geneos. “In November, I visited Geneos Wealth Management, Inc. in Denver. I spent the entire day with the owners and was impressed with their positive attitude, personal attention and professionalism,” said Mrs. Kiernan. “By the end of the day, I was convinced that this was the kind of company and service we need in order to best serve our clients.”

“We are now in our 24th year of providing service to our clients and we are constantly striving to improve the quality of our service to you,” said Kiernan. “To that end, we are making an important change to begin the New Year and for the future of our clients.”
