Harlem, New York – BEGINNING MARCH 1ST, THE HARLEM KARATE INSTITUTE YOUTH DEVELOPMENT CENTER IS ACCEPTING NEW STUDENTS FROM AGE 6 TO 17 FOR FREE FOR A LIMITED TIME!

The Harlem Karate Institute Youth Development Center is a multicultural resource center and has been a safe haven for the youth of East Harlem and surrounding communities for over 35 years. Our doors are always open to children, youth and young adults seeking a place where they can interact in a safe and positive environment. We provide an alternative lifestyle to joining gangs, participating in drug-related activities and crime, by instilling a sense of accomplishment and hope through challenging and constructive activities. Many of our children and youth view their experiences with the Harlem Karate Institute Youth Development Center as not only critical to their success, but also essential to their survival.

The Harlem Karate Institute Youth Development Center is a non-profit 501(c)(3) community-based organization. We would gladly accept your check or money order donation, payable to the Harlem Karate Institute, 2234 Third Avenue, 2nd Floor, New York, NY, 10035 and we would use the donations towards keeping our doors open and keeping our tuition FREE for children and youth from age 6 to 17. Your charitable donations are tax deductible. To learn more about us, please logon to www.harlemkarate.com .
