My Breast Cancer Story… The Anatomy of Tears, a new book by Dr. Peggy Winston-Pritchett, has been released by Dorrance Publishing Co., Inc.

My Breast Cancer Story tells the heart-wrenching account of author Peggy A. Winston's fight against breast cancer. Written in the midst of her treatment, with no end in sight, we journey with Winston from her first concerning exam, to the diagnosis, and through her radiation. Every day becomes a battle-a battle to accept her diagnosis, a battle to choose the best surgery, but mostly a battle to keep her faith. Yet with the help of her family and God, Winston chooses life and learns to not just survive, but live.

This book illustrates her first encounter with breast cancer, but in no way does it define her.

About the Author
Dr. Peggy Winston-Pritchett is a native of Hampton, Virginia where she has excelled in sales and management positions. A two-time graduate of Hampton University, Winston obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management in 1983 and a Master of Business Administration in 1987. She earned a Doctor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, Phoenix.

Dr. Peggy Winston-Pritchett has expertise in the areas of Sales, Management, and Public Speaking. She enjoys traveling, writing, teaching, and public speaking. A member of the Church of Christ since 1987. Dr. Peggy is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

Born to Arbutory and Pearlie Winston in Butler Alabama, Dr. Winston-Pritchett is from a large family, Winston dotes on her fourteen nieces and nephews and is extremely close to her mother, Momma Pearl, her only surviving parent.
