Mountain Village Plaza is a 90,804-square-foot Ralphs anchored shopping center located at 12821-12863 S. Mountain Avenue in Chino. The Staples Shopping Center is a 50,000-square-foot neighborhood center located at 905-B E. Hospitality Lane in San Bernardino and includes tenants Staples and Guitar Center. Beach & Garfield East Center is a 31,281-square-foot neighborhood center located at 18872-18888 Beach Blvd. in Huntington Beach and includes tenants CVS, Kragen Auto, and a drive-thru Starbucks which is currently under construction.
