Global Reach, which recently celebrated their 10th anniversary, has notched strong growth within the state with two Iowa offices in Des Moines and Ames as well as their two international offices in Cyprus and South Korea. “With this acquisition we reach out to new geographic markets even as we continue our rapid organic growth within our existing markets,” commented Dale Bentlage, Vice President of Business Development.

The acquisition included Dakota Internet Technologies’ client base, staff and assets. All of Dakota Internet Technologies’ staff will be retained through the acquisition.

“When we first had some discussions about ways that we could partner, it became apparent that an acquisition was a perfect fit,” noted Zachariades. “They have a good team and great clients. Both of our management teams saw the inherent value created by the combination of our companies.

Rick Brown, President of Dakota Internet Technologies, commented on the acquisition, “We’re excited about being a part of Global Reach. There are a lot of natural synergies and strengths between our companies. It’s a great opportunity for the company and all of our employees.
