Martin Kane Kuper Names John Harding Partner in New Jersey Firm

(North Brunswick, NJ) — Martin Kane Kuper, a leading New Jersey litigation firm, announced the election of John W. Harding to partnership in the firm.

Harding, who joined the firm in 1992, practices in all facets of civil litigation including automobile and premises liability, commercial litigation, public entity defense and insurance defense.

“Over the years, John has made significant contributions to our firm and clients, and will help us to continue to provide clients with top quality representation,” said Eric Kuper, managing partner of Martin Kane Kuper.

Mr. Harding graduated from Rutgers College and received his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law. Upon graduation, he was appointed as Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Joseph J. Salerno in the Law Division of the Superior Court, Passaic County.
He has served as Vice-Chairman of the Highland Park Zoning Board.

Mr. Harding is a member of the New Jersey State Bar, Middlesex County Bar, Middlesex County Trial Lawyers and New Brunswick Bar Association. John resides with his family in Yardley, Pennsylvania.
